As Vice President of CenterCore Properties, Rob is responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of acquisition opportunities, as well as the asset management and leasing of the company’s existing portfolio. Rob joined CenterCore in July 2016 and has fourteen years of commercial real estate experience.

Previously, Rob was a regional financial analyst with DCT Industrial and was responsible for underwriting new acquisitions across the company’s central region and the management of its portfolio. Before that, he was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Real Estate and Structured Products consulting group. He provided valuation and underwriting services across all asset classes of real estate. Additionally, he was a transaction manager with UGL Equis, focused on tenant representation, and a financial analyst with GlenStar Properties. At GlenStar, he underwrote office acquisitions and assisted in managing the company’s office portfolio.

Rob received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University and his master’s of business administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Rob is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a board member of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance (DREAA).
