Steve is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate in the Branson market. He is a partner in the Commercial One Brokers real estate firm in Branson and part of the management team for CenterCore’s Branson investments.

With over 36 years of real estate experience, he has worked in investment sales, leasing and land development. He contributes to CenterCore’s Branson initiatives, particularly the pre-development planning and pre-leasing of the Alley at Grand Village project and major tenant leasing at Lakeside.

As an active member of the Branson community, he has also served on the boards of many local organizations and nonprofits, including the Branson Lakes Chamber and the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS.
